For the third following year, less than 5 months before
the race is full up with entrants.
Top 5 of the registered nations, the France comes first with its
1204 athletes, followed by the United Kingdom (489), Spain (374),
Belgium (163) and the United states (135).
It appears that 60% of the fellow competitors are foreigners as
far as 40% of them are French. The European continent gathers 90%
of the athletes, the remaining 10% being decreasingly splited
into North America,South America, Asia, Oceania and Africa.
Let’s meet on Sunday, June 27th at 6.30 am on the famous
Promenade des Anglais to cheer the 2500 triathletes, male and
female, pros and age groups who have hit the challenge of the
Ironman France!
